49 Thirty Two is a company formed by teachers to serve the needs of schools and other teachers on a not for profit basis. We have a great deal of experience as International Heads, school leaders and Inspectors but also importantly, as teachers. We promise to work with schools and colleagues and aim to do the very best for them. That means, no hard sell of candidates that are quite clearly not the best fit, which is why we interview all prospective colleagues thoroughly first with an International Head. If they would appoint them then they join our list, if not, then they won’t (but we will still debrief them properly). In this way you can be sure that when schools look over our list of potential colleagues, it might not be hundreds strong but it will be right.

Good work takes time.
We know everyone is very busy but when a school contacts us about work (whether some consultancy or a placement) we will talk to you about exactly what it is you are looking for, teacher to teacher. It is vital we are on the same page before we begin working together. This is equally true for colleagues looking for a placement and it is important that we balance everything carefully when working on recruitment.
If it’s not right we won’t do it.
The temptation we know is to put whomever one can into a post and move on. Again, we have been on the other side of this and it isn’t right or fair. If we don’t have someone we know will be a good fit for your school we won’t recommend them. Simple.
And we always want to do it right.
We have always been passionate about schools and that has never changed. Whether you need one of our team to come to your school to help with some training or to cover an absence, we will approach each task with the same dedication. This extends to the cost and we know school budgets only stretch so far so our pricing is lower than most.

Joyce-Nicole Tabbal BA (Hons) MA, Cert Ed - CEO and Founder
Joyce-Nicole is a qualified language teacher and speaks French, English, Arabic to native level as well as Spanish and Italian to an advanced level. She is experienced in a number of areas relating to curriculum development and oversaw the planning and development of an entire Arabic curriculum with regards to local requirements and modern language teaching pedagogy in the UAE. She has extensive experience in both academic and pastoral roles in the UK, the Middle East and in Europe.
Stephen Rogers BA (Hons), MSc, Cert Ed, NPQH, FRSA - Founder
Stephen has been a serving Headteacher for 15 years and has been fortunate to successfully lead some of the most prestigous schools in the Middle East and Europe. Having also worked with the Department for Education/London Challenge in London and as an International Schools Inspector across the globe, Stephen has had a very varied career. He has always continued teaching and has offered consultancy in supporting leadership, behaviour management, School standards, and curriculum development. He has a number of interests and is also a fellow of the Royal society of Arts.
